Lankapati ravana|Ravana and his early life

Ravana is described as a great devotee and follower of shiva. A great scholar, a capable ruler and maestro of the vina but someone who wish to overpower the Devas. He have 10 heads, he kidnapped sita to get revenge against Ram.. etc. There are many more stories about him. But the real fact behind the story is not the same.

If we talk about facts of Ravana there will never be any accurate answers. But according to similarity and considering common factors we can be closers to the real truth.

Ravana was born between 5224BCE to 5104BCE. He was son of Rushi Vishraba and rakhsashini Kaikeshi. From the early ages Ravana was a blessed with high iq. At the age of 7 he became a good sergeant. He had done a surgery to a rabbit who was badly injured by an arrow (near to death) and saved him which makes him popular at his young age.

He mastered every raaga and taala by playing and practicing Veena and At the age of 8 or so he won a computation of playing Veena. After the computation he make his own kind of Veena which is now known as 'RavanaVeena'. He wrote several songs and several poems which are never been taken under anywhere. Because those poems show the beautiful mentality of Ravana and how he is such an emotional person. He was always rises questions on everything, according to him “the knowledge is not the real knowledge if we can't raise questions on it". He always pretend to be so brave but deep inside he was softer than cotton.

Ravana's relations with his father was never good. Ravana always arise questions about law and order of his father before obeying them. So this kind of attitude make Rishi Vishraba angry on Ravana, when Ravana always try to make his father happy. But at the time of kumbhakarna's (Ravana's brother) when rushi Vishraba sent some killer to kill his new born baby kumbhakrna , Ravana started hating his father. At that time Ravana was only 9 years old. He protected his mother and brother from the killers and the villagers. In defend he killed 3 man, and run away from his motherland with his mother and the new born baby. Later on he find a place near to Chilika Lake (which is in the Bay of Bengal, Odisha) make his own cottage. He worked as a worker in a dockyards to give food to his mom and brother.
Later on with his high intellectual skills he started sailing in the sea. And by his business political Technics he became well named sailor in the eastern side areas of India, Bangldes and Miamar. Latter on he challenged his own steep brother kubera who was the richest person at those time and spoiled him completely in intentions to get revenge from his father.
Kubera was so rich that he made a palace in center of
Lanka(srilanka) which was coated with pure gold and designed with several kind of diamonds and ratnas(rare kind of stones). He had a team whose main work to travel the world and collect ratnas and bring them to Lanka by hook or crook. Even though Ravana make business in that way the other business men stopped making business with kubera and started business with Ravana. By passing of time even kubara bound to left his kingdom Lanka and sell the swornapuri (golden palace) to the Ravana.
Now you will think after entering to Lanka we all know what was Ravana's life in Lanka ; but I ensure you that whatever you are known of or whatever you taught of are all wrong.  People make him villain even though he also wanted it to be but my intentions is to reveal the truth.
