The real reason for 99.99% problems are emotions
All relations are based on our behaviour. And our behaviour is based on our emotional situation. There are 2 aspect of emotions. One is positive and another is negative.
Happiness, selflessness, joy etc are comes under positive emotions, where in the other hand negative emotions consist of sadness, sorrow, selfish, anger, greed etc... Good or positive energy make our life batter and give us peace, where the negative emotions destroys our life and make us sad. So controlling the emotions are most important factor.
For emotional balance, never react suddenly to anything.first think , then try to find out facts, assess the situation and then give your opinion or take action. Never be judgemental.try to find out positive things or reasons in negative and adverse situation also. Allways try to speak positive things. Emotional balance is genetic as well as acquired. It also depends on your group or friends circle.
According to neurologists human brain in 3 states. Conscious, sub-conscious and un-conscious state. Our thinking process is purely based on consciousness and sub-conscious state of brain.
And the power of sub-consciousbrain is limitless... Our brain is allways affected by what we see, what we feel ,hear, taste or speak. We never think about it. We just do things. Like we watch useless things which are not helpful to us or on which we have nothing to do with, no knowledge, zero mental gain... And instead of gaining anything we start to lose our self control and decrease brain's capacity of learning...
Some great example of now a days are "tiktok" . You see useless things in tiktok which are not aspect of yours. But you still wach them.... But if you sit quietly and think about your self by putting you mobile phone switch off for some while ,you will know who these apps made you ape. They have the full control on you. Even you use them but thinks no I am not controlled... But believe me you are still in the backseat. I am not telling you that these apps are totally wrong but to control you emotions and for maintenance of your brain health you must have to put a break on your habits.
If you are surrounded by negative thinking peoples who are always complaining and criticising others, then you too tend to think negatively. So try to be in the company of positive people. The path of freedom is paved with positive emotions. Negative emotions prevent inner transformation. Always avoid confrontation, try to find out the middle path.
Negative emotions create negative aura and spread negative vibes from the person who has negative emotions. Prayer, meditation, faith in God and kind heartedness help you to remain positive.
Have faith in God, as it protects us from negative emotions , negative psychology, negative thinking and negative perception. Negative emotions makes a person sadist by nature, he never wants to see others happy. Such person have complaints about God always. They never blame God for the good times and allways blame God for there bad times...
