Spirit
or ghost..! These words makes us more curious. We all even once in life read
about it or heard many stories about it. If you keep focus on it you will
find out how these stories are similar to each other. Because there's nothing
real in it. According to anomalistic psychology, paranormal phenomena have
naturalistic explanations resulting from psychological and physical factors
which have given the false impression of paranormal activity to some people.
The physician John Ferriar wrote An Essay Towards a Theory of
Apparitions in( 1813 )in which he argued that sightings of ghosts
were the result of optical illusion. Later, the French physician Alexandre Jacques François Brière de
Boismont published On Hallucinations: Or, the Rational
History of Apparitions, Dreams, Ecstasy, Magnetism, and Somnambulism in
1845 in which he claimed sightings of ghosts were the result of hallucinations.

Wrote that paranormal phenomena can be explained by

mental imagery,
coincidence, hidden causes, and fraud.
Robert Baker wrote that "many paranormal phenomena can be explained via psychological effects such as
hallucinations ,
sleep paralysis and hidden memories, a phenomenon in which experiences that originally make little conscious impression are filed away in the brain to be suddenly remembered later in an altered form".
So
we can now say that spirit, ghost or so called paranormal activities are
nothing more than a creation of our own brain.
But According to all religions we
consider sprit as real; but not the way we think spirits are (according
to the movies, cinemas and some fraud). According to spirituality almighty God
is the supreme soul and all universe and beyond the universe are made out of
Him. If we put a deep analysis into it we will find out there is aloka mention
in Vedas and isha Upanishad which means 'the whole universe is interlinked
to each other with such a force (energy) that binds all and create a identity
of the Biswaavatara of the God....'
According to scientists if we go deep inside of electron,
proton and neutrons we will find out that these 3 smallest particles are also
made of smaller particles which gives the atoms a mass energy and everything.
This good particles are similar to each other but by making different groups
they gives different results....

If
we look the sentence from isha upanishad (which was written more than 15000yrs
ago) and the modern discovery of science (discovered in 2012) we will find out
that these two sentences are similar and equal.
The whole universe is made of this good particles or light...
Even the dark side is also made of light.....everything in this world have its
own vibration and own energetic field. In accounting to old spiritual
concept our whole body is mad of 3 elements ATMA which is part of the god (or
equal to the god), Physical body which is made of the 5 eliments and the 3rd
one is sukhsma sarira which contains our consciousness, all emotions, all
wishes (kaama, lova, moha adi 6 ripu / the 6 enemy). Among these three aatma
and sukhma sharira doesn’t have physical existence. After death the soul
goes out from body and immediately enters to a new body less than a friction of
time, where sukhsma sarira (basically it is an energetic chain which binds
the soul (atma) with the physical body, and take energy from soul and operates
the body) attached itself with the deadbody; but due to lack of energy it can't
able to operate it. After the funeral when body resolves in the nature the
sukhsma sarira find its familiar physical elements (like wife, child, the dead
man's favourite/ close things). That's why all do the performance (kriya
karma and other...) after death to neutralize the energy.
Actually sukhsma sarira is created of 6 ripus and wishes so it
creates a negative energetic field (which will never directly affect to humans
or any living things). Sometimes some people's sukshma sarira became that
power full it attracts other same energetic field having sukshma sariras and to
gather they create a strong power which sometimes unknowingly attack some
humans, birds or animals to neutralize by fulfillment of desire; but is the
most exceptional case...
So finally we can say that there's nothing real
like ghost and we must stop calling 'atripta atma'(unsatisfied souls) because
soul itself is the god. The concept of this sukhsma sarira lateron manipulated
by peoples and became the concept of ghost and paranormal activity etc...
The limitations of Human brain will never be decided. In satyasanatan dharma the the characteristics of brain is described as the characteristics of trideba/ 3 lords (brahma,Bishnu and maheswar). So as per elders, when these 3lords are equal the brain will function perfectly. It means to achieve a neutral state of brain.

I personally researched on it for 5years from 2019.... And I by many difficulties I able to collect the facts which satisfied me with appropriate answers.
I always says "always believe in the facts and and what you feel".... A knowledge on which we can't arise questions is not the pure knowledge.

" तो अब हम कह सकते हैं कि आत्मा, भूत या तथाकथित अपसामान्य गतिविधियाँ हमारे अपने मस्तिष्क के निर्माण से ज्यादा कुछ नहीं हैं।

वैज्ञानिकों के अनुसार यदि हम इलेक्ट्रॉन, प्रोटॉन और न्यूट्रॉन के अंदर गहराई से जाते हैं, तो हमें पता चलेगा कि ये 3 सबसे छोटे कण भी छोटे कणों से बने होते हैं जो परमाणुओं को एक सामूहिक ऊर्जा और सब कुछ देते हैं। यह अच्छे कण एक-दूसरे के समान होते हैं लेकिन अलग-अलग समूह बनाकर वे अलग-अलग परिणाम देते हैं ...।
यदि हम isha upanishad (जो 15000 से अधिक वर्षों पहले लिखा गया था) और विज्ञान की आधुनिक खोज (2012 में खोजी गई) से वाक्य को देखें तो हम पाएंगे कि ये दोनों बाक्य समान हैं।
संपूर्ण ब्रह्मांड इस अच्छे कणों या प्रकाश से बना है ... यहां तक कि अंधेरे पक्ष भी प्रकाश से बना है ..... इस दुनिया में हर चीज का अपना कंपन और ऊर्जावान क्षेत्र है। पुरानी आध्यात्मिक अवधारणा के हिसाब से हमारा पूरा शरीर 3 तत्वों से पागल है ATMA जो भगवान का हिस्सा है (या भगवान के बराबर), भौतिक शरीर जो 5 योगों से बना है और तीसरा एक सुखासन है जिसमें हमारी चेतना शामिल है सभी भावनाएं, सभी कामनाएं (काम, लवरा, मोहा आदि 6 रिपु / 6 दुश्मन)। इन तीन अनात्माओं और सुखमय शरीरों में भौतिक अस्तित्व नहीं है। मृत्यु के बाद आत्मा शरीर से बाहर निकल जाती है और तुरंत एक नए शरीर में प्रवेश करती है, फिर समय का एक घर्षण, जहां सुखसरी सुर्रा (मूल रूप से यह एक ऊर्जावान श्रृंखला है, जो आत्मा को शरीर से बांधती है) और आत्मा से ऊर्जा लेती है और शरीर का संचालन करता है) डेडबॉडी के साथ संलग्न होता है; लेकिन ऊर्जा की कमी के कारण यह इसे संचालित करने में सक्षम नहीं है। अंतिम संस्कार के बाद जब शरीर प्रकृति में हल करता है तो सुखासन सार अपने परिचित भौतिक तत्वों (जैसे पत्नी, बच्चे, मृत व्यक्ति की पसंदीदा / करीबी चीजें) को ढूंढता है। इसीलिए ऊर्जा को बेअसर करने के लिए सभी प्रदर्शन (क्रिया कर्म और अन्य ..) करते हैं।
वास्तव में सुक्ष्म सरीर 6 रिपु और इच्छाओं से बनता है इसलिए यह एक ऊर्जावान ऊर्जावान क्षेत्र बनाता है (जो कभी भी मनुष्यों या किसी भी जीवित चीजों को प्रभावित नहीं करेगा)। कुछ समय में कुछ लोगों की सुषमा साड़ी उस शक्ति पूर्ण हो जाती है जो अन्य समान ऊर्जावान क्षेत्र को आकर्षित करती है, जिसमें सक्शम सरिरस होते हैं और इकट्ठा करने के लिए वे एक मजबूत शक्ति बनाते हैं जो कभी-कभी अनजाने में कुछ मनुष्यों, पक्षियों या जानवरों पर हमला करते हैं जो इच्छा की पूर्ति को बेअसर कर देते हैं; लेकिन सबसे असाधारण मामला है ...
इसलिए, हम कह सकते हैं कि भूत जैसा कुछ भी वास्तविक नहीं है और हमें 'एट्रिप्टा एटमा' (असंतुष्ट आत्मा) कहलाना बंद कर देना चाहिए क्योंकि आत्मा ही ईश्वर है। इस सुखसमा सररा बाद की अवधारणा लोगों द्वारा हेरफेर की गई और भूत और अपसामान्य गतिविधि आदि की अवधारणा बन गई ...
मैंने व्यक्तिगत रूप से 2019 से 5 साल के लिए इस पर शोध किया .... और मुझे कई कठिनाइयों से मैंने उन तथ्यों को इकट्ठा करने में सक्षम किया, जिन्होंने मुझे उचित उत्तरों से संतुष्ट किया।
मानव मस्तिष्क की सीमाओं को कभी भी तय नहीं किया जाएगा। सत्यसनातन धर्म में मस्तिष्क की विशेषताओं को त्रिदेव / 3 प्रभुओं (ब्रह्मा, बिष्णु और माहेश्वर) की विशेषताओं के रूप में वर्णित किया गया है। तो बड़ों के अनुसार, जब ये 3 लॉर्ड्स बराबर होंगे तो दिमाग पूरी तरह से काम करेगा। इसका अर्थ है मस्तिष्क की उदासीन अवस्था को प्राप्त करना।
