self management...a way to change your life.written by srikar subhankar

We travel, we make relations , we do activities some good and some bad only to find peace.. Don’t we….. Whatever you do.. the final result is peace… you work for money…. Because ultimately money brings you the facilities you want and those needs will leads to satisfaction and satisfaction leads to peace… youngsters make relations with friends because they find peace and happiness when they are around each other’s…. Some deep emotional bridge also creates among them which bring them in such a state so they now feel they can’t live without each other….one day  all ends they starts living their own lives separately and later they grow up they laugh at there own past….. but again make same mistakes …

The main reasons behind it is we always find peace within things, persons in places, in different activities. We think this persons or this kind of things make me happy or give me peace… but when ever you thing consciously you can notice these are not the things which makes you happy or creates peace within your self …. It was always you… its is upon you always that you are happy or you are unhappy in every single moment of your life….  So a person can always stay happy and calm and peaceful in every negative situations also… it is all about self management/ inner management…. Even all religions also tell us the same thing. So follow your own religion’s main prospective … follow the rules of your own culture…take only positive things from it… chose wisely… make proper compression.. With all of your intellectual and experiences….

All religions starts for a good reason but latter on when the human race grows up some peoples used it for earring money and their own desire… among all the religions Hindu dharma is the old one…later on all other dharma come to exist…. All religions main motive is to spread peace and prosperity among society….  Hence all religions teaches us peace and prosperity  so why don’t we  follow them.

WHAT WE LEARN FROM LORD RAM

in his life ram faces many problems. After marriage due to some issues he went to jungle with his newly married wife and brother , after some days his wife got kidnapped so he travelled more then 1000 of kilometers to find her and fight with deadly army of ravana… and even after returning to home he have to live without his wife…. Latter on unknowingly he was going to kill his brother…. His father died when he was in the banabash… his beloved wife died in front of him…..  if you read ramayan you can understand his pain and suffering but after all these disasters happened his life he never became angry or sorrow …. He always followed his rules and moral values … he never done any unethical work …… he never said that he is hind or from any religions…. That’s why every religion obeys him and his characteristics… he known as the purushottama (the greatest among the greats)…. In his life he had every chance for enjoyment he have very strong reasons to live in his kingdom and enjoy all facility but…. He chose his own way and  done what was must have to be done….

          According to goutam budhha

Never do what you want to do.....

but instead of doing what you want to do .......

you should do what has to be done

Yoga is the best way for self management  and self control….  The raja yoga / the kriya yoga is the path which notonly  increase inner management  but also give endless peace…..read autobiography of ayogi of sri paramahansha yogananda babaji for more knowledge on kriya yoga….
