Every liveing thing in this world needs oxizen to be alive, so all of us breath air to contain oxizen and other things for survive. According to a study A normal person can't survive for long without food, water, sleep, or air. Survival experts apply the "rule of threes" to lasting without essentials. You can go about three weeks without food, three days without water, three hours without shelter, and three minutes without air.
But you know in the holy cave of Himalaya there are somany yogies who don't drink wather or don't take any food but they are still living and believe me they are more stronger than us.
On the way to Mumbai from odisha, I meet a 78 years yogi in train who didn't take food for last 30 yrs; but he was so strong as comparison to his aged peoples. I was surprised and bewitched about how he is able to maintain his body and lifestyle. So I started questioning him , he replied me with many satisfied answers... He teach me many knid of breathing to control various emotions... I practice all those technics and practically I able to control all of my emotions...
Our brain and breathing are Suplimentary to each other. When our mentality changes our proportion of breathing. When we feel anger or more anxious we unknowingly breath more faster then we normaly breath, and when we feel sad our breathing became slower, like wise when we are happy our breathing remains constant and so on... Runners, swimmers and most athletes have great physic and a great immunisystem and that is only because they pumps more oxizen to the body ; according to a many Olympic athletes breathing techniques helps them to boost there stamina and helps to get control on there body and mind.
In case of making decisions or putting attention to your goal all we need is a stable mind and high vision. But most of our emotions are the big obstacles in achieving self happyness and a sound mind. Breathing properly make our mind and body stronger and sharper. So there is a simple technique of breathing to get control of your basic emotions... When you starts feeling too much emotions(anger, sad, anxious,hungry..etc) take a long breath hold it for 2 seconds and relese slowly with having a keen watch on the top of your nose. Use this technique regularly, you will surely get great changes. I practice it in my regular life and now I am mastered most of my immotions.
OXIZEN AND OUR BODY
When we breath the air our lungs filters oxizen and hemoglobin contains the oxizen particles and supply it to every cell of the body. And after too many chemical reaction the cells discharges carbon dioxide which again attached to hemoglobin and the hemoglobin surpass the carbon dioxide to the lungs and this is how our one breathing cycle goes on.
