Main motive of cultural values and value of making society

Culture is one factor that can have an influence on how people think and behave. One factor that cross-cultural psychologists often study involves the differences and similarities between individualistic cultures and collectivist culture.

Individualistic cultures are those that stress the needs of the individual over the needs of the group as a whole. In this type of culture, people are seen as independent and autonomous. Social behavior tends to be dictated by the attitudes and preferences of individuals. Cultures in North America and Western Europe tend to be individualistic.

A few countries that are considered individualistic cultures include the United States, Germany, Ireland, South Africa, and Australia.

Collectivistic cultures emphasize the needs and goals of the group as a whole over the needs and desires of each individual. In such cultures, relationships with other members of the group and the interconnectedness between people play a central role in each person's identity. Cultures in Asia, Central America, South America, and Africa tend to be more collectivistic.

A few countries that are considered collectivistic include Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Venezuela, Guatemala, Indonesia, Ecuador, Argentina, Brazil, and India.

The people in individualistic cultures devote more effort and energy toward actively maintaining close relationships, often through increased self-disclosure and greater intimacy. This can be explained by the fact that unlike collectivist cultures where stable relationships are more expected, relationships in individualistic cultures tend to be more fraught and fragile, so people must make a greater effort to maintain these relationships.

As per a study people from individualistic culture are more friendly in nature as comparison to collectivist culture.  But in case of controlling emotional situations this results the opposite. As per a research the youth from individualistic culture became drug addict and do crime. The main reason is for this is the way too freedom. Where in collectivist culture the youth don't get that much freedom and when they get freedom they feel unsecured and in the name of freedom they  use drugs, weeds, alcohol and sex, which hampers there career development.
In the morden and quickly changing world where there are too many threats where social understanding is most important, we must have to combine these two cultures. And eliminate all demarite of the both culture and make a new and a advanced culture. Every culture have it's good point and bad points.

Every culture or traditions or any societies always made for making peace and prosperity everywhere. But look at now what we have done to it. Many families and many lifes are destroyed only nerow  thinking of people and fight between religions, cast and colour. We accept our culture which taught by our elders and blindly we believe in that... We never rise any questions on it,...we never think why I have to do this.... It's just like that some one came and told you that 'you should dig a hole in your bedroom' and you started doing it don't even thinking for once that what is the reason behind it.

Don't knowing the reason behind the rules (made by the religions/culturrs) is just like taking a strange medicine without any prescription. I don't say thet all rules are wrong but I am saying that before accepting or doing or living any lifestyle... We must have to know the proper reson behind it. Because , like I said " knowledge is allways questionable, questions  are the foundation of knowledge and appropriate answers are the pillars on it".
