.                     (Lord Ganesha)                   .
According to Hindu puranas and holly books the lord Ganesha have different values. He has been defined by many names like Agrapujya, Lamboudara ,Pingalkya etc..... There are more then 1000 of names which defines lord Ganesha's nature & characteristics . When we hear lord Ganesha; we create a picture in our mind.. like a figure of a man with elephant head with fat bally who have one teeth... He is sitting with a blessing hand and in the other hand he have Modak/laddu (basically sweets), he is the god of knowledge and wisdom.... He observes all negative energy and solves all our problems...

But do you know you have been mistaken in your whole life..you are putting your all faith , believe and devotion for nothing... Even though you are following all the rituals with devotion and love after that also you don't get what you want .... Because whatever you are doing you are doing it wrong...  Because the technic of  worshiping lord Ganesha is different.
Before going to worship lord Ganesha we must know who is lord Ganesha...?

ACCORDING TO VEDAS. & UPANISHADS :-
According to Upanishads and Vedas Ganesha is the agra pujya son of lord Shiva and Parvati/shakti who is the knowledge provider. First of all let me clarify that no physical existence of lord  Ganesha we simbolise a characteristic of the nature as Him. Like all other scriptures and idols are indications or symbolisesion of a mental and internal mechanism of the hauman body, mind and soul. Like we discussed before in the shivatatwamidam(part 1).
.      (Lord Ganesha is in muladhara)
In the Upanishads it's clearly mentioned that

 Thavadhare mole saha samayaya lasyaparaya
Navathmanam manye navarasa maha thandava natam
Ubhabhya Methabhyamudaya vidhi muddhisya dhayaya
Sanadhabyam jagne janaka jananimatha jagathidam.
The above shloka exactly defines who ia Ganesha . According to this shloka on the lotus of the muladhara He seats inside the cave calmly and joyfully... He provides prosperity, knowledge and intellect ; He is also the great healer. By seating there He controls everything. So the person who clears the path for him (by straighning the Ida,nila and pingala)... One can get his blessings in his/her life.
In a yogic point of view our body is made of 5 tatwas and these 5 tatwas are balanced and organized by 7 chakras of our body.....
Starting from muladhara to sahasra.... All these 7 chakras have its own specialities and own values, it's a vast topic so let's discuss only about the muladhara chakra
Muladhara is situated within the bottom tale of our bone marrow and its is the base chakra. Though it  has no physical existence but it's there. According to yoga scripture and yogis It's the one of  most powerful center in our body.... If one energies it in a proper way simultaneously first the chakra gets activated then also the kundalini get activated. Once the muladhara chakra get activated it will energies our body and mind, and heals our body... There are several uses of this chakra, in old ages of Vedas some yogis were able to transform, heal themselves at the same time the others with this chakra.... It's the source of the pure knowledge & experience. Every yoga practitioner must atfirst awaken the muladhara chakra only after that only the journy to the moksha starts.
So it is the most important and necessary for every one that they should awaken the muladhara chakra.
That's why our great rishis and Yogis created scripture of ganesha so that even a normal person can understand the great  process to awaken the muladhara chakra.
The proper way to worship lord Ganesha:-
The proper or the exact way to worship lord Ganesha is only by practicing yoga... But Even if you bow down regularly to Him you can get his blessings in your life. There is a simple technique, all you have to do is after the morning bath wear clean clothes and sit on a mat or on your bed (but make sure your bed is clean and the surface must be flat ). Drink a glass of water and sit straight with your suitable posture . Take a deep soundless and slow breath let all your concerntration be on the muladhara (on the bottom of the bone marrow) and bow down forward and again sit straight. Then try to concerntrate on your agyan chakra/ bhrukuti...sit as long as you can. At the end do the same again and bow down and go for regular work.... Most of the students and businessmen should do this simple technique... This will reduce your stress and will help to controle all kind of emotions.
